|

Hello,
What is idea OWS ?
I have questions:
Why your project isn't name Open SWOS ?
Will I be able to use own tactics, .diy file, .car file and .hil file (replay) from SWOS?
And that's important in today's world: play online (?)
I want to advertise OWS project in the SWOS Community, but it would be nice to me what you say and what people need?
Ahh... I forgot, but I have a request. One of the most active nations in the Sensible community are Poles, so please add the Polish board of the forum OWS. _________________ Polish Sensible Center

Hi Tomplus and welcome to the forum.
OWS is a project to bring back the fun of the old soccer games.
It's strongly inspired to the Sensible Soccer serie but we're not trying to make a exact clone of SWOS (it would be very difficult anyway).

Because OWS is shorter

Probably it'll be possible to import custom tactics from SWOS, and viceversa.

It's planned. But first of all we want a good (offline) game.

Could you please reformulate the question?

What can be done by people wishing to develop the project?
Maybe a list of the main objectives in a new topic?

Now it's a bit too early, let's wait the basic things to be completed.
Then people can help with database, translations, custom charsets.
